Product Designer

About the Role Clutch is expanding its design team! experience we deliver. This designer will spend the majority of their time (around two-thirds) advancing our design system—building, documenting, and maintaining the core patterns and components that power Clutch’s product ecosystem. The rest of the time, they’ll collaborate with product teams to apply and extend those systems across real user-facing initiatives. We’re seeking someone who’s excited by the intersection of craft, systems thinking, and collaboration—a designer who cares deeply about quality, clarity, and scalability, and loves empowering others to do their best work.
