Position SummaryThe Box Office Ticket Seller provides excellent customer service while selling tickets for events at the convention center. ResponsibilitiesSell tickets in person at the box office. Provide friendly and helpful customer service to all guests. Assist customers with event information, seating options, and pricing. Handle cash, credit card transactions, and balance the cash drawer at the end of shift. Print, distribute, and reissue tickets as needed. Follow all box office policies and procedures.
