    POSITION SUMMARY The Strategic Partnerships Lead is responsible for assisting the VP of IAA Global Product in managing business relationships with key strategic partners and vendors that align to IAA Marketplace’s strategic priorities and unlock value for customers. This individual will collaborate with stakeholders across the organization to identify and evaluate partnership opportunities, develop strategic plans, onboard new partners, support product integration efforts, and maintain ongoing partner relationships. KEY OBJECTIVES Identify new partnership opportunities that align with marketplace strategy and growth objectives Strengthen relationships with existing strategic partners Communicate progress of joint initiatives with stakeholders and leadership Stay informed on insurance and whole car remarketing industry trends Attend relevant conferences and trade shows to network and evaluate industry shifts Assess potential partners by analyzing capabilities, financials, and business plans Understand customer needs and vendor strengths to translate into strategic opportunities Work with Product Management to define requirements for integrations and new capabilities Manage the
