Community Relations and Promotions Coordinator

Position OverviewThe Great Falls Voyagers are seeking a Community Relations & Promotions Coordinator to play a key role in delivering engaging in-game entertainment, impactful community outreach initiatives, and dynamic promotional efforts throughout the baseball season. experiences while strengthening the Voyagers’ presence in the Great Falls community. This is a hands-on, high-energy role ideal for individuals interested in sports, promotions, and community engagement. Key ResponsibilitiesResponsibilities include, but are not limited to:Collaborating with the Assistant General Manager, Chief Creative Officer, Team President, and sales and operations departments to support promotional and community initiativesAssisting with setup and execution of in-game promotions and between-innings entertainment at all home gamesManaging the promotions table during home gamesOverseeing the Voyagers’ fundraising program, including ticket fundraising initiatives and coordination of volunteers for the Nonprofit of the NightWorking with the Assistant General Manager to develop nightly PA scripts and game-day run-of-show scriptsScheduling National Anthem performers and coordinating ceremonial first pitchesPlanning, overseeing, and executing community relations events and appearancesAssisting with social media and other marketing campaigns, including both design and implementationSupporting sponsorship fulfillment to ensure all partner obligations and promotional elements are executedAssisting with other events at Voyagers Stadium as neededPerforming additional duties as assigned by managementCompensation & Benefits$1,000 monthly stipendHousing providedOne meal provided post-game or post-eventEmployment ConditionsThis is a seasonal, temporary position. Evening, weekend, holiday, and extended hours are required during the baseball season.
