POSITION DESCRIPTIONBox Office Representatives serve as the first point of contact for fans on matchdays and play a crucial role in delivering an outstanding stadium experience. about Republic FC and the stadium. Assist fans with ticket purchases, including same-day single-match ticket sales for walk-up customers. Troubleshoot ticketing concerns and answer questions about Republic FC, stadium policies, and matchday procedures. Operate ticketing systems such as SeatGeek Unify, Account Manager, and the SRFC Mobile App. Support matchday operations as needed, including scanning tickets and directing guests. Help uphold stadium health and safety standards. Perform additional duties or responsibilities as assigned by the organization. QualificationsPreferredExperience with Seatgeek Ticketing Software Previous Box Office ExperienceRequiredMust be willing and able to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and/or holidays.
