Job Description
The RoleThe Partner Services Manager will work cross-functionally alongside the Product, Partner Services, and Business Development teams to perform service-related tasks and ensure a positive experience for Project Admission partners. This may include assisting with software configuration, proactively coordinating on-sale activities, and being a go-to resource for client services-related operations.
The Partner Services Manager is responsible for working with other members of the team in order to manage client relationships and ensure the successful onboarding, configuration, and ongoing optimization of product use for partners. This person will organize the execution of onboarding a client, be the main contact for troubleshooting, collect client feedback, and help bring new product features to the market.
ResponsibilitiesWork with the Partner Services/ Business Development team to onboard partners and optimize their use of the Project Admission platformCollaborate with partners to manage the delivery and configuration of systems, determine needs and solutions, advise on processes and best practicesWork with various departments to ensure partners successfully adopt new features and product updatesAdvise partners on best practices and features to be used to meet business goals.
Troubleshoot client issues and work cross-departmentally towards resolution and prevention, escalating issues as needed.
Gather and manage client feedback and work with Partner Services and Business Development to prioritize and shape new features and improvements.
Maintain excellent client relationships by monitoring client support service levels ensuring they are met and exceeded when possible, and ensuring partners are aware of all system help functions and other self-service tools.
RequirementsPast experience working in a product-focused organization or working with product teams.
Past experience in a client or partnership-facing role. Ability to speak to both partners and engineers, understand business goals, and achieve the desired results.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Quick to learn and operate new technology and a desire to share that knowledge with others.
Excellent written communication and interpersonal skills.
Good critical thinking and problem-solving skills.
Comfortable working with a small, entrepreneurial team, and able to wear many hats.
experience in an operational, box office, or other role requiring the use of ticketing software.
Preferred (not required) experience withA passion for the live entertainment industry and the public who experience it.
Experience with software integrations and documentation.
Experience with Linear or other product management software.
