What We Are Looking For:Capelli Sport is looking for an Account Manager to join our team. responsibilities for each account, supporting the sales team & Sales Executives; building strong relationships with our clients; ensuring projects stay on track, and customer orders are written with urgency. This role will be salary based, 40 hours per week minimum. About the Role:Manage day-to-day responsibilities for accounts within assigned book of businessSupport Sales Executives on tasks including preparing presentations, line sheets, reports, etc. Provide high level of customer serviceDraft internal/external Project Schedules to ensure projects remain on trackStudy contracts within your book of business to better understand deliverables and club benefitsDevelop strong knowledge of Capelli Sport product offerings and give insights on the best product(s) for good fit for customersStudy and memorize the Capelli Sport catalog, Available to Sell inventory (ATS), as well as other product knowledgeCollaborating with various internal departments to ensure that they fulfill all clients’ requestsEnsure timely and successful delivery of our Sales Executives’ needsOverseeing relationship with different clubs and clientsManage a team of Account ManagersAbout You:You have a Bachelor's degree from an accredited collegeYou have experience with project managementYou have the ability to collaborate with other team membersYou have an attention to detail and keep organizedYou have experience with CRM platforms such as SalesforceYou have a track record of driving resultsYou’re hardworking and goal-orientedYou have a tireless positive attitudeYou have a growth mindset and view challenges as learning opportunities, not failuresYou love getting to know new people and helping them improve their product/services.
