As an intern, you will gain meaningful hands-on experience by assisting in the coordination and enhancement of career and college readiness programs.

Assist with planning, coordinating, and executing career and college readiness programsConduct research on industry trends and best practices in youth development, education, and career pathwaysSupport the creation of materials, resources, and content for various programs and initiativesCollaborate with internal teams and external partners to strengthen program offeringsContribute ideas for new programs that engage young people in their college and career journeysHelp manage communication and outreach efforts related to program updatesProgram details:8-week program from June 9 through August 11Schedule: Monday–Thursday, 9:00 AM–5:00 PM ETHybrid role requiring 3 days per week on-site at our Times Square office.
Compensation: $20.

During the program you will have the opportunity to network with Senior Leadership- including the CEO- as well as be mentored by current staff. Additionally, you can look forward to:Weekly professional development workshops.
Participation in a group project which will be presented to staff at the end of the program.
