ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES§ Deliver food orders from the kitchen to customers’ suites promptly and accurately.§ Act as the contact point between Front of the House and Back of the House staff§ Communicate food orders to chefs, with attention to priorities and special requests (e.g. food allergies)§ Managing time effectively to ensure all BEO items are completed prior to service times.§ Delegating tasks to team members based on their positions and talents.§ Managing the team that is scheduled to run each event.§ Assist suite team with prepping which may include table setting, setting buffet stations and placing appropriate décor, linens, utensils and china, as needed.§ Ensure the client is communicated with and checked in on throughout the event.§ Serve and clear food and beverage quietly, professionally, and quickly, using proper serving and clearing techniques.§ Keep work area clean, and coordinate actions with the banquet team members, and all other members of the front and back of the house to ensure flawless customer service.§ Maintain good grooming and personal hygiene.§ Adhere to food safety best practices and policies.§ Hands-on involvement in events includes a variety of physical tasks, such as the lifting of heavy objects, handling food and alcohol, loading serving carts and trays, stocking supplies, and garbage removal.§ Reporting to the Director of Premium and performing any tasks assigned to execute a flawless event. Performs other related duties as required. QualificationsEducation and/or Experience:§ High School diploma or equivalent preferred§ Experience leading a food & beverage team is required. skills, experience communicating with clients at events.§ Stamina to work long days often moving throughout the venue continuously.§ Live within or near Frisco, Texas preferred. Specialized Qualifications:§ Excellent listening and communication skills§ Renowned time management and organization skills§ Strong Customer Service skills with the desire to go above and beyond a client’s needs.§ The ability to work alone and as a team.§ Strong attention to detail and the ability to learn and adapt quickly.§ Ability to work all home Football games. Work EnvironmentThe work environment for this position will be event operations and working out of the Football Stadium or similar venues. This position will often move throughout campus and stadium grounds on different terrains.
