Ability to:Read, write, and speak English. Communicate effectively both verbally and in writing. Work in a team atmosphere. Maintain a professional demeanor at all times. Skill to:Operate radio devices. Operate equipment, scrubbers (riding and walk behind), sweepers (riding), vacuums, etc. Requirements:This position requires standing, walking, bending and lifting 25lbs. duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to movearound the facility; to stand for long hours during events; talk and hear. This position may require work inside or outside of the building, as needed by events. This position requires stooping and lifting. Ability to work flexible hours, including nights, weekends and holidays, in addition to normal business hours. Must be able to pass background.
