    Position Summary Bay FC is seeking a strategic, analytically driven Manager of Business Insights & Analytics to serve as a key thought partner to senior leadership and functional department heads. This role will own the club's analytical narrative, translating complex data into clear, compelling business recommendations that directly influence commercial strategy. As a senior individual contributor and emerging leader within the insights & analytics function, you will shape how the organization uses data to make decisions. You will drive cross-functional analytics initiatives, develop sophisticated models, and serve as the primary analytics partner for stakeholders across Partnerships. This role reports directly to the Director, Business Insights & Analytics. ResponsibilitiesSponsorship & Revenue AnalyticsOwn the sponsorship measurement framework end-to-end by integrating brand exposure, fan sentiment, and digital performance data into compelling partner recapsDevelop robust sales prospecting models to identify and prioritize high-value brand categories, and ground pitches in audience insights and ROI projectionStrategic Business PartnershipServe as the embedded analytics partner for senior stakeholders in Partnership Sales and Marketing, proactively identifying opportunities and surfacing insights that influence organizational strategyTranslate ambiguous business questions into structured analytical frameworks and deliver findings in formats that drive executive-level decision-makingLead recurring business reviews, presenting data-backed narratives to department heads and C-suite with clarity and confidenceAdvanced Analytics & Insight GenerationDesign and execute end-to-end analytical projects: problem framing, data collection and unification, modeling, insight synthesis, and stakeholder communicationDevelop predictive models and segmentation frameworks that enhance partnership targeting, activation strategy, and long-term sponsor ROILead brand health and partnership effectiveness research to synthesize into strategic narratives for new business sales and partner renewal conversationsChampion a test-and-learn culture by designing measurement frameworks and interpreting A/B testsQualificationsRequired:5 to 7 years of experience in analytics, business insights, or data science roles Strong experience translating data into business impact, particularly in revenue-generating functions Proficiency in SQL and at least one programming language such as Python or R Experience with data visualization tools such as Tableau Strong communication skills with the ability to influence senior stakeholders Preferred:Experience in sports, media, or sponsorship analyticsBachelor’s degree in a related fieldFamiliarity with platforms such as Salesforce, KORE, Relo Metrics, Tixr or similar tools Experience working with fan, marketing, or customer dataExperience leveraging AI tools to automate workflows, enhance analysis, and improve business processes across analytics and operational use casesNote: After advancing past the first round, candidates will be asked to complete a short project that includes a brief deck and a 10‑minute presentation.
