Summary: The Academy Coach will report to the Academy Director and work collaboratively with other developmental coaching staff to support all aspects of team planning, player development, and on-field performance. This role is responsible for leading training sessions, preparing teams for competition, and coaching on matchdays. In partnership with the Academy Director, the Academy Coach will implement strategies aligned with club objectives and help establish a clear team identity. The position also contributes to roster management, talent identification, and performance evaluation, while demonstrating a strong commitment to player development, scouting preparation, meeting participation, and building effective relationships with key stakeholders. APPLICANTS MUST BE PREPARED TO SUBMIT A 30-MINUTE VIDEO OF A TRAINING SESSION AND 1 FULL MATCH OF A TEAM THEY COACH PLAYING.
