Responsibilities: Support strategic sourcing initiatives across departments Assist IT with procurement-related data and performance metrics Conduct supplier data analytics reviews and generate actionable reports Research and evaluate technology products for procurement consideration Engage with internal stakeholders to gather requirements and feedback Confirm vendor certification and/or membership status Update department spreadsheets and procurement dashboards Review and report on supply chain constraints and opportunities Identify and assess potential vendors and product solutions Process purchase orders, maintain filing systems, and track order status Follow up with suppliers to confirm or adjust orders as needed Provide support for various analyses and report creation Qualifications: Good customer service Good customer care Vendor relations Highly organized, resourceful, and dependable with excellent interpersonal skills and oral and written communication skills Ability to multi-task and work well under pressure Ability to use Microsoft PowerPoint, Excel, and Word The AEG Internship Program requires a minimum commitment of 18 hours per week during the fall. requirements. benefits. duties outside his/her normal description.
