Job Title: Corporate Partnership Sales Intern Status: Seasonal Reports To: Director, Corporate Partnerships Department: Partnership Sales Effective Date: February 2026 - September 2026 About the Wind Surge: The Wichita Wind Surge, a Double-A affiliate of the Minnesota Twins, bring the thrill of the Texas League to Riverfront Stadium in Wichita, Kansas. Overview: The Corporate Partnership Sales Intern will support the Wind Surge Corporate Partnerships team throughout the season. Responsibilities:Research and identify potential corporate clients, including local businesses, organizations, and sponsorsConduct outreach via phone, email, and social media to introduce the team’s corporate offerings and schedule meetingsConduct research on industry trends, competitor offerings, and market opportunities to support the sales team’s effortsProvide excellent customer service to existing corporate clients, addressing inquiries and resolving issues as neededRepresent the organization, as needed, at events and appearancesProvide excellent customer service to all existing and potential fansProfessionally represent the organization at business and community functionsWork as a member of the team and have fun! Qualifications:Current student or recent graduate a plusKnowledge of baseball a plusStrong time management, communication, and organization skillsAbility to supply excellent customer service to all clients and fansProficient in Microsoft OfficeDetail oriented and comfortable with salesFamiliarity with a ticketing system preferredProblem solving and conflict management skillsPositive attitude This is a paid internship.
