Golf Cart/Starter/Ranger

THE ROLEThe Golf Cart Attendant / Starter–Ranger at Groesbeck Golf Course is responsible for maintaining the daily readiness, cleanliness, and safe operation of the golf cart fleet and cart staging areas. This includes inspecting carts before and after use, ensuring proper fuel or charge levels, refilling sand bottles, performing routine preventative maintenance, monitoring tire pressure, washing carts, and maintaining a clean and organized cart facility. ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIESThe position also requires accurate documentation of maintenance, proper sorting of recyclables, and completion of all opening and closing procedures while adhering to health, safety, and organizational standards. In addition to equipment responsibilities, the role supports golf course operations and guest service by assisting with on-time starts, monitoring pace of play, providing guidance on course etiquette, and promptly reporting or helping resolve any issues that arise on the course. duties as assigned.
