Equipment Intern

The primary focus of the Equipment Intern is to gain knowledge of a professional equipment room and the processes that go along with it. duties as assigned by the equipment staff. DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:• Daily laundry responsibilities. Duties: Lift up to 40lbs daily, at times could be more dependent on field equipment which could result in pushing/pulling 100lbs. GAMEDAY TASKS:• Set up of locker room for home and away games.• Assists with the cleanup/setup of half-time locker room layout.• Distribute gameday apparel as needed to players, coaches, and staff. • Assists post-game equipment packing, loading, and transport. • Assists in unpacking/cleaning of equipment and gameday laundry. EDUCATION, TRAINING AND EXPERIENCE:• Basic knowledge of football is preferred. skills as well as Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel and Outlook.• Able to work with others in a collaborative team setting.
