Director of Production - Full Time

Position SummaryThe Director of Production provides leadership and oversight for all production, technical services, and event-related operations across the Fresno Convention Center venues, including Selland Arena, Saroyan Theatre, Convention Center, and Valdez Hall. Responsibilities· Attendance during regularly scheduled work hours is required, along with availability for intermittent on‑call shifts during off-hours. requirements, diagrams, and rigging plots. Benefits:· Competitive salary commensurate with experience. Duties may require working both indoors and outdoors. Candidates must be able to maneuver throughout the facilities, including walking or standing for up to 8–10 hours and using stairs in all four venues. Occasional lifting or moving of up to 50 pounds is required. Work conditions may include extended hours, loud environments, high elevations (such as rigging areas), and physically demanding tasks.
