    Job Description

    BASE Sports Group (BASE) is the national leader in youth sports partnerships. experienced Sales Manager to join BASE and become a leader in our rapidly growing sales team. You will sell across millions of dollars’ worth of assets, that offer brands engagement with the most valuable consumer demographics (moms and financially empowered Gen Z). BASE is seeking an ambitious individual to work remotely, manage their own sales pipeline, and be able to valuably contribute to the national sales strategy. Responsibilities:Develop and execute a sales strategy to achieve revenue goalsIdentify and target potential sponsors for youth sports events and programsBuild and maintain relationships with sponsors and partnersNegotiate sponsorship agreements and contractsCollaborate with internal teams to ensure successful execution of sponsorship activationsProvide regular reporting on sales performance and progress towards goalsRequirements:Minimum of 2 years of experience in sales, preferably in sports sponsorship or related fieldProven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targetsExcellent communication and negotiation skillsStrong relationship-building skillsAbility to work independently and as part of a teamKnowledge of sports marketing and sponsorship industryBachelor's degree in business, marketing, or related fieldAbility to travel to conferences, facilities and events to meet with leading partners and prospectsMust bring a love of solving strategic business challenges with creative solutions in collaboration with internal and external stakeholdersIf you are an ambitious and driven sales professional with a passion for youth and community sports, we want to hear from you. equal opportunity employer.
