Summary: The VP of Business Strategy and Analytics will lead the organization’s enterprise-wide data, analytics, and strategic insights functions.
Responsibilities: Lead strategy and analytics team to ensure processes and technology align towards impactful results Drive business strategy, consumer research and insights and analysis initiatives Work closely with appropriate stakeholders to develop vision, strategy, goals and objectives for the strategy and analytics team Lead efforts to develop advanced predictive models to increase revenue through predictive buying, cross sell/upsell and renewal forecasting Oversee ongoing analysis of marketing investments and ROIs for product, category and audience segmentation performance across all channels Proactively identify opportunities for new reporting, analytics, and research methodologies and best practices; design strategic service offerings and approaches that will demonstrate value and deliver business results Interpret multiple data sources for insights to inform strategic planning and tactics to drive the business Collaborate with cross-departmental leaders to translate data into actionable consumer stories and strategic and tactical recommendations Maintain upmost confidentiality Other duties or projects as assigned Minimum Qualifications for the Position: Proven leader with at least 10 years of experience in Business Intelligence, Data Strategy or Analytics; preferably with sports, entertainment or media industries Bachelor's degree in Business, Analytics, Computer Science or related field; Masters or MBA is preferred Deep knowledge of CRM, ticketing platforms, marketing analytics, pricing models and sponsorship valuation frameworks Experience with advanced analytics tools (SQL, R, Python), data visualization platforms (Tableau, Power BI, etc.
