    Job Description

    Job Summary: Forward Madison FC and Rally Madison FC are looking for a personable, driven, and results-oriented individual to grow our clubs’ B2B ticket sales revenue. The Senior Director of Corporate Sales will be responsible for prospecting, setting meetings, and driving sales from businesses in our community through our suite of corporate ticket and hospitality products. Individual Responsibilities: Generate new and recurring sales from businesses through the sales of season tickets, premium group hospitality packages, and other ancillary ticket productsMeet and exceed individual sales goals and contribute to team sales goalsManage the full sales cycle from prospecting and discovery through pitch and contract executionConduct outbound prospecting activities, including calls, emails, networking, and in‑person meetings, to identify and qualify new business opportunitiesBuild, manage, and maintain a consistent pipeline of qualified prospects to support achievement of individual revenue goalsMaintain accurate and timely records of sales activities, pipeline stages, and client interactions within CRM and internal systemsCollaborate cross‑functionally with marketing, service, and sales leadership teams to support premium sales initiatives and campaignsEngage with fans and customers in-stadium during games to provide high-level customer careRepresent Forward Madison FC and Rally Madison FC in a professional manner at various networking and community eventsDevelop an in-depth knowledge of club CRM and ticketing systemsMust be willing to work non-traditional hours, weekends, events and game days and provide assistance with game day duties as assignedThe candidate will be accountable for certain levels of activity (calls made/appointments set) and goalsOther duties as assignedRequired Qualifications: Minimum 3+ years of sales experience with a proven track record of ticked-related and/or B2B sales, with experience selling products, services, or experiences on the phone, virtually, or in-personProven track record of generating customer leads and of converting prospects to sales and ability to manage multiple sales opportunities simultaneouslyExperience with tracking and reporting on sales and customer data via a CRM and/or ticket systemExcellent relationship-building and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact comfortably and effectively with internal and external clients at all levels of an organizationAbility to foster a positive team culture, work well and collaboratively with othersStrong verbal and written communication skillsProficient in or ability to be trained in ticketing/CRM systems, Microsoft Office Suite, Google Workspace, or other equivalent software and other computer skills requiredPossess an active WI Driver’s License in good standingUse of a personal vehicle to attend offsite meetings with clients and prospectsPossess a willingness to work long hours, evenings, weekends, and holidays, as needed to support the success of client outingsDesired Qualifications:Bilingual, SpanishExperience working in a soccer or other professional sports environment.
