About this role:The Long-Term Ticket Operations and Accreditation Intern assists with all aspects of the ticket, credential and overall admission operation for various USGA Championships.
Responsibilities include leading customer service efforts, production of credentials, group ticket sales and reporting.

Duties will include investigating purchases and assisting with account questions by mastering the Unify platform. You may also assist with the creation of ticket offers within the platform.

Duties will include updating chatbot information, answering mobile ticket questions including but not limited to transferring, upgrading, and resale assistance.
experienceManage gate operations while on-site, upholding USGA policies and working in tandem with security, volunteers and vendorsAble to work long hours, nights and/or weekends as necessary for weeks at a timeTravel will primarily be during the months of May, June and early JulyPay: $17.50/hr., subject to applicable overtime laws.
Internship Dates: January 12, 2027, through July 15, 2027Where you'll be: This role will be based at our Liberty Corner, NJ campus on a hybrid schedule. Employees are required to spend 3 days per week working in the office, between Monday - Thursday. Tuesdays and Wednesdays are mandatory in-office community days. Employees can choose between Monday or Thursday as their third in-office day. Please note that housing is not provided for interns working in the NJ office.
When traveling for USGA business, all housing, meals, and transportation will be provided and/or reimbursed by the USGA.
Extensive travel is required during Championship weeks in May and June.
