RESPONSIBILITIES Executive & Calendar Support – Manage the CMO’s complex and ever-changing calendar, including scheduling internal and external meetings, resolving conflicts, and ensuring the executive is fully prepared for each commitment with relevant materials and context. QUALIFICATIONSKnowledge Areas/ExperienceRequired5+ years of experience in an executive assistant, administrative, or operations role supporting senior leadership, ideally within a large, matrixed organization Demonstrated ability to manage complex calendars, travel logistics, and expense reconciliation with accuracy and discretion Experience coordinating cross-functional meetings and managing follow-through on action items across multiple stakeholders Familiarity with marketing operations, project tracking, or campaign workflow management in a corporate setting PreferredPrior experience supporting a C-suite executive in a sports, media, or entertainment organization Exposure to marketing project management tools Interest in hockey and professional sports Education/CertificationsBachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience required Required SkillsStrong Microsoft Office skills, particularly PowerPoint Highly developed verbal and written communication skills with the ability to influence at leadership levels Highly organized, attention to details and strong follow-through A positive energetic attitude CORE COMPETENCIESThese core competencies reflect the underlying values that are necessary to represent the National Hockey League:AccountabilityAdaptability Communication Critical ThinkingInclusionProfessionalismTeamwork & CollaborationThe NHL offers U.
