    ABOUT THE COMPANY:The Richmond Flying Squirrels, Double-A Eastern League affiliate of the San Francisco Giants, have established themselves as one of the most recognizable brands in Minor League Baseball since their inaugural season in 2010. RESPONSIBILITIES/ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS: Deliver first-class customer service that drives value and memorable experiences for fans. Partner with the Membership Services team to ensure season ticket members receive and fully enjoy all benefits. Build and maintain strong relationships with community leaders and organizations by representing the organization at relevant local events and activations. Execute proactive ticket sales outreach through cold calling, prospecting, and referrals to generate new business. Consistently meet and exceed weekly, monthly, and annual sales goals in support of overall Season Membership objectives. Process ticket orders using ProVenue and FEVO, while accurately tracking leads and accounts in ZOHO CRM. Participate in weekly sales meetings, providing clear updates on pipeline activity, sales performance, outside appointments, events, and account management. Collaborate with Hospitality Operations to ensure hospitality areas are delivered with exceptional service and attention to detail. Engage with current and prospective customers during home games to strengthen relationships and drive sales opportunities. Represent the sales team on assigned game days, serving as an on-site point of contact in designated areas. QUALIFICATIONS: Strategic, organized, and self-motivated, with strong time management skills and the ability to prioritize and multitask in a fast-paced environment. Demonstrated sound judgment and professionalism when interacting with clients, colleagues, and community partners. Excellent interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills, with a proven ability to build and maintain strong relationships. Proven success generating new business and expanding revenue sources in a collaborative sales environment. One to two years of ticket sales or related sales experience strongly preferred.
