Ticketing Sales AssistantAs a Ticket Sales Assistant, you will report directly to the Director of Season Memberships and Assistant General Manager. This internship is designed for you to learn all aspects of a ticket sales department, including Season Tickets and Group Sales. Not only will you sell ticket packages, group tickets/hospitality areas, and help run the box office, but you’ll also serve as a liaison to season ticket members and group sales clients and play an integral role on our gameday/event staff for all HODGETOWN events during the 2027 season. ResponsibilitiesLearn the art of heavy relationship-building with prospective and current clients in order to meet sales goals Place outbound calls to decision makers and customers to sell ticket packages and Hospitality/ Group sales areasHelp sales reps upsell current clients to better seatsLearn all aspects of ProVenue/Tickets. Qualifications Undergraduate Degree Must be able to work evenings and weekends, as required Nights & Holidays Must be available to work in Amarillo for duration of Internship (Beginning of December 2026– end of October 2027)Self-Starter and able to work with multiple departments and people Strong customer service experience (both in person and over the phone) Ticket office experience; ProVenue/Tickets. skills (Word, Excel) We are seeking applicants that are excellent communicators, detail-oriented, team players, confident, ambitious, dedicated, diligent, computer savvy, and have a general knowledge of sports, and want to be in sales as a career. We prefer candidates with previous internships working in sports teams. This internship MAY lead to a FULL TIME OPPORTUNITY FOR THE RIGHT CANDIDATEThis position pays $12.75 an hour plus commissions.
