    Job Description:We are seeking a highly motivated and organized individual to join our team as a Sponsorship Sales Executive. Responsibilities: Find, pitch, sell, and secure sponsorship opportunities. Develop, refine, and maintain a pipeline of client relationships. Research prospects and industries. Generate and arrange meetings with brands through networking, cold calling, and other methods of canvassing. Develop detailed sponsorship decks with activation ideas and concepts for brands. Collaborate with internal departments to discover opportunities and advise how to maximize relationships. Develop and maintain a forward-looking view of performance and establish a process for understanding and communicating future risks and opportunities. Proven experience maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction with both internal and external stakeholdersCoordinates and executes the development, delivery and presentation of proposals. Qualifications:Bachelor's degree in Sales, Marketing, Business, Finance, Entrepreneurship, or a related field. experience performing at a high level in a sales-driven role. A proven track record of success in sales required. Proven track record of sports sponsorships sales a plus. Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to connect with people of any background, age, etc. Ability to work well under pressure and adapt to changing circumstances. Customer-focused mindset. Passion for sports, enjoy working with people, and have a strong desire to succeed. Understanding of pickleball a plus. Must be a dependable, flexible, and a reliable team player and have strong attention to detail. Consistently reflect strong time management, organizational, and problem-solving skills. Ability to work non-traditional hours in non-traditional settings, including some nights, weekends, and holidays, and able and willing to travel to off-site events, etc., as needed. Be willing to relocate to Dallas, Texas.
