Position Overview:Chicago Fire Football Club is seeking dedicated Seasonal Soccer Coaches to join our team for the Fall/Winter seasons! about child and soccer development as well as growing the club’s next generation of fans. Job Responsibilities:Lead the on-field delivery of age specific summer camp programs in Chicago and the surrounding suburbsDeliver age-appropriate soccer development activities/sessions following the curriculum providedProvide a best-in-class camp experience to all participants and their familiesDevelop strong relationships with community partnersDrive participation and club affinity through exceptional program delivery and customer serviceAttend and participate in all mandated coach education training and workshopsAttend Camp Celebration event’s at Soldier FieldCompletion of other duties as assignedRequired Qualifications:Minimum of USSF Grassroot License (or equivalent) requiredMinimum of 3 years coaching (or playing experience) requiredCandidate must have a strong work ethic and a desire to work in soccerExcellent interpersonal and communication skillsWillingness to learn in a fast-paced environmentAbility to work flexible hours, including but not limited to evenings and weekendsAge 18 or overValid Drivers license and access to your own vehicle.
