Responsibilities:Distribute content to UFC media partners Manage enquiries from media partners on live and non-live content Maintain daily contact with all existing media partners to ensure UFC content has been posted on those platforms accurately and timely and gets the best exposure Collect and analyze data of media platforms and complete media exposure and value reportsCreate pitch documents to assist with media rights processesDraft and distribute press releases, build and maintain media lists, pitch stories to journalists and manage incoming media enquiriesTrack media coverage using monitoring tools and compile regular coverage reportsProvide on-site PR support at events, including logistics and athlete briefings. Maintain a strong awareness of the media landscapeSupport end-to-end campaign delivery - from creating project briefs, tracking timelines and ensuring all assets are delivered on timeSkills & Experience:2+ years’ experience in a related field. skills. Proficiency with Microsoft Suite, including Excel and PowerPoint Ability to travel for events as required, both domestically and internationally.
