Part-time Food & Beverage Supervisor (Club Spaces)

The Premium Food & Beverage Supervisor is responsible for overseeing all food and beverage operations within premium club and lounge spaces inside a high-volume sports and entertainment venue. Responsibilities Oversee day-to-day operations of premium club spaces including lounges and member-only dining areas, ensuring all areas are fully staffed, stocked, and operationally ready before guest arrival. Qualifications Food and beverage management experience in high-volume or premium hospitality environments is a plus. Experience in sports or entertainment venues, hotels, or upscale restaurants is a plus. Strong leadership and team management skills with the ability to manage large teams. Knowledge of inventory systems, POS systems, and labor management tools. Excellent communication, organization, and problem-solving abilities. Ability to work flexible hours including nights, weekends, and holidays. Ability to stand and walk for extended periods and lift 30–50 pounds in a fast-paced, high-energy environment. Work is performed in a sports and entertainment venue with exposure to large crowds, loud environments, and variable schedules tied to event operations. Must pass a criminal background check.
