The RoleThe Business Operations Manager serves as the operational backbone of both the Global Partnerships and Global Sales teams at Legends Global. Reporting to the VP of Business Operations, this individual is responsible for designing and embedding scalable, repeatable infrastructure that removes administrative burden from sellers — enabling them to stay focused on closing business and driving revenue.
Acting as the critical conduit between executives, sellers, and centralized resources, the Business Operations Manager will own structured reporting, support forecasting, deal modeling, finance connectivity, legal liaison, and HR onboarding workflows. The role spans the full sales funnel — from pre-partnership pipeline engagement through signed contracts, onboarding and ongoing invoicing and performance tracking.

Key ResponsibilitiesOperations & InfrastructureDesign and embed scalable, repeatable processes that reduce administrative burden on sellers and partnership managersBuild standardized playbooks, workflows, and tooling that can be handed off and executed by any team memberOwn the full deal lifecycle operationally — from pipeline and deal modeling through contract execution, client onboarding, invoicing, and performance reportingCoordinate legal contract prioritization and HR onboarding workflows to keep deals moving quickly and cleanlyReporting & AnalyticsBuild and maintain live performance dashboards, pipeline reviews, and forecast models that give leadership clear visibility without pulling sellers from customer conversationsOwn data quality standards — define, enforce, and maintain consistent reporting across both teamsSupport budgeting and financial reporting in partnership with FP&A; serve as the day-to-day finance connectivity point for both divisionsDevelop standardized deal models and scorecards to enable consistent, efficient resource allocation when evaluating new partnersCross-Functional CoordinationAct as the strategic link between the Global Sales and Global Partnerships teams and internal functions including Finance, Legal, and HRSupport the VP of Business Operations with planning cycles, business reviews, and leadership presentationsAssist with headcount tracking and organizational planning as directed by senior leadershipQualifications3-5 years of experience in business operations, sales operations, or revenue operations — ideally within a high-growth, global organizationBachelor’s degree in business administration, Finance, or a related field; MBA a plusDemonstrated proficiency with Salesforce CRM, including pipeline hygiene, reporting configuration, and process maintenanceProven track record of building operational frameworks that support teams at scaleExperience owning forecasting, budgeting, and financial reporting in partnership with FP&A teamsPrior exposure to legal contract workflows, HR onboarding processes, and cross-functional stakeholder managementExperience in sports, entertainment, venue, or experiential industries is a strong advantageSkills & AbilitiesAbility to design and standardize workflows and tooling that are built to be handed off, not hoardedStrong analytical skills with comfort building and owning live dashboards and forecast modelsData quality ownership mindset — able to set and enforce consistent reporting standards across teamsSkilled communicator who can bridge executives, sellers, Finance, Legal, and HRComfortable managing multiple concurrent workstreams across Sales and Partnerships simultaneouslyProactive, solutions-focused mindset with strong attention to detailCOMPENSATIONCompetitive salary range and a generous benefits package that includes bonus eligibility plus medical, dental, vision, life and disability insurance, paid vacation, and a 401k plan.
