Hospitality InternSummer 2027 | Full-Time Paid Internship | Lake Country DockHounds BaseballThe Lake Country DockHounds, proud members of the American Association of Professional Baseball, are seeking a Hospitality Intern for the 2027 season at DockHounds Ballpark in Oconomowoc, WI. This internship offers hands-on experience in food service operations, hospitality, staff management, and fan experience. experience at DockHounds games and events. Duties & ResponsibilitiesSet up and break down concession stations, hospitality areas, and Club Level spaces for games and events. Assist with the daily operations of concessions and food service areas. Ensure compliance with food safety, food handling, storage, and sanitation guidelines. Deliver quality and timely service while providing an exceptional fan experience. Assist with inventory management and ordering food and beverages from vendors. Help train, supervise, and support concession staff while fostering a productive and positive work environment. Perform operational tasks including cleaning, organizing, stocking, and maintaining service areas. Assist with Club Level and hospitality operations during games, concerts, festivals, and other special events. Work closely with other departments to support smooth game-day and event operations. Assist with opening and closing procedures for food and hospitality areas. Help identify and implement ways to improve efficiency, service, and the overall guest experience. Ability to lift 30+ pounds and perform the physical tasks required for food service and hospitality operations. Internship DetailsSchedule: Mid-April–Mid-September 2027, including office hours, 50 home games, and events such as concerts, festivals, and community appearances. Compensation: Up to $3,000 for the summer. Location: DockHounds Ballpark, Oconomowoc, WI. Focus: Gain hands-on experience in food service operations, staff leadership, event management, and fan hospitality within a professional sports environment.
