THE ROLEThe Receptionist is responsible for providing office support and completing administrative tasks.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES Must be able to handle multiple projectsAssist staff with multiple projectsAnswer incoming calls to Cowboys ClubeProvide customer service to guests arriving to the clubAssist with general front office management issues as neededAccomplish various tasks including functions of accounting, scheduling, payroll and timekeeping.
General office duties such as postage/shipping, telephones & other equipmentScheduling & other administrative functionsOther duties as assignedQUALIFICATIONSExcellent customer serviceCan be trusted to act in a manner that is truthful and values direct, honest communication at all levels of the organizationStrong interpersonal skills; can effectively communicate and relate to all levels within and outside the organization; creates and builds positive and productive relationshipsResponds quickly and effectively to changing trends and circumstances; embraces change and welcomes fresh perspectives; learns from past mistakes and adjusts accordinglyAbility to manage appropriate steps to get projects completed; has strong abilities to organize people and processes; can create a plan for resourceful workflowCan manage people and resources to get projects completed; has a strong ability to multi-task and keep order.
Detail OrientedAbility to work independently and/or in a team environmentStrong verbal and written communication skillsMust have computer skills: Microsoft Word, Excel.
Must be fluent in EnglishOrganized and detail orientedMust be available to work an irregular scheduleMust be able to work extended hours due to business requirements including late nights, weekends and holidays.
Practice safe work habits, follow all safety policies and procedures and regulations, complete company-wide safety training and any additional job specific safety training.
