E. Management is currently looking to hire for a Spring/Summer 2026 intern at Raymond James Stadium. The internship can be used for college credit and will be paid.
Job responsibilities include:· Event Management (Creating event notes, crew calls, conducting briefings before events, supervising Events).· Assisting with interview prep, interview scheduling, interviews, data input, and interview communication · Work in the applicant tracking system through interview to hire date • Assist with verification of employment status · Training check-in assistance, training knowledge, and training data input· Knowledge/assistance with the Florida Licensing and upkeep of the roster · Assisting with small events from scheduling through the actual event date · Reconciling shift work for payroll accurately · Shadowing/assisting with the scheduling process for major events · Collaborate on staff communications for everything from interviews to event notices · Be knowledgeable and a resource on event days to be able to assist with needs as they arise with both the client and employees · On or before event days, help with the organization and distribution of necessary equipment · On event days, assist with guest ingress and egress to ensure a smooth transition into and out of all managed facilities General Description:S.
