Responsibilities: Assist with scheduling and coordinating meetings Take detailed notes during production meetings Update and maintain spreadsheets, including production schedules, RFP templates, contact sheets, and Smartsheets Track and/or submit receipts and expenses Provide general administrative support to the Production team Qualifications: Currently pursuing a degree in a relevant field Strong interest in live events, music festivals, or event production Excellent organizational and communication skills Proficiency in Microsoft Office and/or Google Suite; familiarity with Smartsheet, a plus but not required Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment with a positive attitude Detail-oriented, reliable, motivated, and proactive Flexibility to work evenings and weekends The AEG Internship Program requires a minimum commitment of 24 hours per week during the summer. requirements. benefits. duties outside his/her normal description.
