About the Role: The Financial Analyst, Financial Reporting & Treasury will be responsible for assisting with the accuracy, timeliness and completeness of all Corporate Finance and Treasury requirements. Requirements: Ability to manage cross-departmental projects and coordination of deliverables Contributing to change management initiatives that enhance decision making, continue to ensure appropriate financial controls and improve efficiency of gathering, reporting, and analysing financial information within the organization Education & Credentials: The ideal individual will possess a post-secondary degree, ideally in Accounting/Finance Chartered Professional Accounting (CPA) Designation or working towards is preferred, but not mandatory Experience and Skills: Minimum 3-5 years of progressive experience within Accounting, Finance or business analysis Hands-on experience preparing monthly, quarterly, and annual working papers and Financial Statements, including concise MD&A, cash flow, and variance analysis Experience with IFRS and ASPE, either direct or through public practice Understanding of lender deadlines, reporting discipline, audit lifecycles and deadlines, in a complex multi-entity environment Detail focused, strong business acumen and well versed in financial modelling and analysis Strong planning and organizational skills to determine priorities with strict deadlines Effective communication skills and the ability to build and maintain excellent relationships Experience with accounting software (i.
