OTE Overview Job Title: Paralegal Location: Manchester Area - Remote (with travel as required)Salary: £27,000 – £34,000 per annum (depending on experience)  Contract Type: Permanent, Full-Time About the Role We’re looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Paralegal to join our Legal team. In this role, you’ll support colleagues across all business areas and work on a diverse range of legal matters, including corporate, commercial, property and employment law. You’ll also manage consumer court claims and assist with high-value or complex litigation, ensuring cost-effective and successful outcomes under appropriate supervision.   This is a fantastic opportunity to build strong relationships across the organisation and contribute to a high-performing team where everyone can thrive. Responsibilities Assist with a wide variety of legal work, supporting senior team members on a range of legal matters. Manage consumer court claims in-house and coordinate outsourced work (where appropriate) under appropriate supervision, including liaising with external counsel on high-value or complex litigation. Provide support on general advisory and pre-litigation matters, including debt recovery, complex offences and enforcement. Handle key legal administrative tasks such as document execution, indexing, and invoice processing. Undertake legal research and help develop templates, workflows, and best practices.
