Coordinator of Soccer Operations

South Georgia Tormenta FC is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Coordinator of Soccer Operations to join our team. Reporting directly to the Director of Soccer Operations. Responsibilities include but are not limited to the following:Training (League One, Women’s League, and Academy)Game-Days (League One, W-League, and Academy)Supporting Player and Staff needs (Day to Day & Gamedays) Player transitions in and/or out of marketAdmin/Team Manager of W-League and Academy - Scheduling, League Registrations, Travel Management, League Forms, League Meetings, and etc. RequirementsExperience in sport operations Bachelor’s Degree Background in team managementProfessional and positive presence to represent TFC both internally and externallyDeep understanding of how to support athletes and staff membersWork well within a collaborative, team-driven, and goal-based environmentStrong problem-solving skills and ability to exercise tasks, discretion, and sound judgmentHighly organized and detail-orientedAvailability to travel to all W-League away games and attend all home games (League One, W-League, and Academy)Physical Demands and Work Environment Ability to lift, move, push and pull equipment, boxes, and field signage in excess of 50lbs. Must be able to handle outdoor temperatures for a reasonable period of time. Ability to work flexible hours to include nights, weekends and holidays is required.
