Position SummaryThe Los Angeles Chargers are seeking a passionate and highly motivated Producer / Editor, Creative Video to join our team.
ResponsibilitiesCapture and edit engaging footage for team highlights, social media content, and in-stadium productionsWork closely with the Director, Creative Video and other team members to execute content that aligns with the Chargers’ brand, voice, and creative vision.
Stay up to date with video trends, new technology, and best practices in sports content creation.
Work on tight deadlines while maintaining high production standards.
Collaborate with social media team on original executions surrounding tentpole eventsPost production finishing, including color correction and audio mixingQualifications and Education Requirements2-5 years of experience in video production, content creation, or a related field.
Proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro (After Effects, Photoshop, and other Adobe Creative Suite programs are a plus).
Experience operating professional video cameras (Arri, Canon, Blackmagic, etc.).
Strong understanding of composition, lighting, and storytelling techniques.
Ability to multitask and handle multiple projects under tight deadlines.
A team-first mentality with a positive attitude and strong communication skills.
Passion for sports content creation, particularly the NFL and the Chargers.
Willingness to work long hours, weekends, holidays, and game days as needed.
