Job Description
The Coordinator, Food & Beverage — Premium Experience is responsible for the day-to-day coordination and execution of food and beverage service within VyStar Ballpark's premium hospitality spaces, including suites, club areas, and private event venues.

Responsibilities• Coordinate all food and beverage service for suites, club seats, and premium hospitality spaces on game days and non-game events• Work with the Sr.

Experience to inform menu development, service enhancements, and account retention• Assist in managing premium F&B inventory ordering, tracking, and reconciliation• Process and verify suite and premium catering orders, ensuring accuracy against guest agreements• Support end-of-event reporting including sales summaries, waste logs, and labor tracking• Help identify opportunities to upsell and grow per-cap revenue in premium areas• Coordinate premium F&B logistics for non-baseball events hosted at VyStar Ballpark (concerts, corporate events, private rentals)• Collaborate cross-functionally with operations, guest services, and catering teams to ensure seamless event execution• Stay knowledgeable on events around the ballpark, POS system updates and troubleshooting, as well as any updates from upper management on procedure and policy.• Comply with all State and City Licensing Authorities.
Qualifications/Requirements • Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Business, or a related field is preferred• At least 1 year of experience in food and beverage, hospitality, catering, or event operations — experience in sports, entertainment, or venue settings strongly preferred• Demonstrated ability to supervise staff and lead service teams in a high-volume environment• Strong interpersonal and communication skills; comfortable working directly with premium and VIP clientele• Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously on event days• Results oriented individual with the ability to multi-task, manage multiple projects on time and within budget.
skills to include proficiency with Microsoft Suite programs and POS systems.
