Description:The Intern, People Operations will support the People Operations team with day-to-day administrative and operational tasks while gaining hands-on experience across multiple People Operations functions.

Responsibilities:Support Human Resources Information System (HRIS) data cleanup, maintenance, and organizationAssist with the implementation of a new HRIS, including extracting, consolidating, and uploading personnel filesOrganize, maintain, and audit employee personnel filesAssist with onboarding and offboarding processes, shadowing People Operations team members throughout these activitiesCoordinate and assist with all-staff meetings and employee eventsSupport job fair/recruitment events by setting up, attending, and engaging with candidatesAssist with candidate tracking and interview schedulingContribute to People Operations initiatives such as employee engagement programs and the monthly People Operations newsletterLearn and follow daily workflows, processes, and expectations within the People Operations departmentSupport day-to-day People Operations administrative tasks, including data entryPerform other duties as assignedQualifications/Requirements:Available to work on-site in Las Vegas, NV for the duration of the program (May–August)Current college student enrolled in a degree program, or a recent college graduate (within one year post-graduation)Pursuing a degree in Human Resources or a related field, or prior experience in Human ResourcesWorking knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel)Working knowledge of Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets)Valid driver’s license with a safe and verifiable driving recordThe A’s Social Impact & Belonging Statement:Social Impact & Belonging are in our organizational DNA.
