OVERVIEW:Elevate is looking for a Director to join our fast-growing Insights team. The Insights team is the throughline across all Elevate's verticals, charged with delivering data-backed strategic roadmaps that answer our clients' biggest questions. As a Director, you will own the full arc of client engagements — from scoping and structuring to final delivery and relationship stewardship — while simultaneously building and leading the team that executes them. You will set the standard for analytical rigor and executive-level storytelling, serve as a trusted advisor to senior client stakeholders, and play a central role in growing Elevate's practice through business development and internal leadership. This role spans a range of Elevate service lines, including hospitality strategy, partnership sales and valuation, brand representation, and venue feasibility.
