Game-Day Operations ExperienceThe intern will:· Assist with pre-match Box Office setup and preparation.· Support walk-up ticket sales.· Assist guests with mobile ticket access.· Troubleshoot ticketing and account issues.· Manage Will Call and ticket distribution processes.· Coordinate with stadium staff and security personnel.· Provide customer service support throughout home matches.
