POSITION SUMMARY: The Partnership Marketing Summer Associate will support the Corporate Partnerships team in the management and fulfillment of partnership elements both on Phillies game days and non-game days. QUALIFICATIONS: Currently pursuing or holds a Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Sports Management, Communications, or a related field Strong organizational and project management skills with an ability to manage multiple priorities Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to collaborate effectively across departments and with external partners, vendors, and fans Solutions-oriented with the ability to exercise sound decision making skills Demonstrates professionalism and a high level of attention to detail Thrives in a collaborative, team-oriented environment Flexible and able to adjust quickly to changes in priorities or scheduling Available to work all Phillies home games with daily shifts varying in length of time Must be able to work flexible hours to include holidays, weekends, and evenings Must have the ability to regularly lift up to 25 pounds and remain on your feet for extended periods of time Must be able to perform job duties in an outdoor environment and work effectively in varying weather conditions Prior experience supporting partnerships or game day operations within a sports environment highly preferred The Phillies are an equal opportunity employer and all qualified applicants will receive consideration for employment without regard to race, color, religion, national origin, sex, sexual orientation, age, disability, gender identity, marital or veteran status, or any other protected class.
