In 2023, The Tournament unveiled TST, which exploded onto the scene with a $1 million prize, billing itself as Coachella for Sports – part food festival, part sporting event. Position OverviewThe Tournament is hiring an Event Director.s Requirements & Qualifications4-8 years of professional experience that can be applied, ideally in events or partnerships Comfortable working in a startup environmentEager to identify and work through complex and non-traditional partnerships Self-starter with ability to drive work flows and projects through completionBudget management experience highly desirable Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (PowerPoint, Excel, Word). Excellent work ethic, strong problem-solving skills, and tenacityAbility to supervise, manage, and develop junior team members HQ in Boston. Position can be remote. Some travel is required.
