What you will do:We are looking to hire a Product Manager, Fastpitch, who will own and drive the performance of the fastpitch softball category—leading product strategy, development, and execution across the full lifecycle. This role sits at the center of the business, translating consumer insights and market opportunities into commercially successful products. This role will be responsible for building and managing the category roadmap, identifying growth opportunities, and ensuring all products are delivered on time, on cost, and aligned with brand standards. Acting as the primary point of contact across cross-functional teams—including design, sourcing, sales, and marketing—you will ensure alignment from concept through commercialization. This role will also contribute to broader Diamond Sports category initiatives and provide administrative and product support across the larger team as business needs require. This role will require travelling to company sponsored events with overnight stays and also needs to be able to travel internationally (passport and able to obtain Visas). The position is located at our Headquarters in Stoughton, MA with a hybrid office option and will report to the Senior Director. skillsAbility to travel domestic and internationally (valid passport and ability to obtain Visas) up to 15% via car, plane and train including overnight, Valid driver’s license in good standing.
