Job DescriptionPerfect Game is seeking qualified applicants (see qualifications below) to work during our 2026 Summer events across the West Palm Beach/Jupiter area in the role of Field Scout/Scorers. QualificationsThe right candidates must be a trustworthy and passionate team playerAttention to detail and self-motivatingAble to work independently as well as with a teamStrong knowledge of Baseball and/or SoftballExperience with tracking statsResponsibilitiesThe Scout/Field Manager will assist in keeping proper score of the gamesTracking game stats using the DiamondKast softwareAssist in collecting video content for social mediaTaking scouting notes on the players and recording each pitch type and velocityEnsure everything is running smoothly at the field/complex you are atVerifying rostersPresent themselves in a professional manner with teams, parents, players, scouts, college coaches, umpires, field crews, etc. Benefits$30 a game w/ opportunities to make bonusesComfortable work attireOpportunities to gain future responsibilities and rolesInterview ProcessThe first step is the initial interview which will be conducted by one of the Staffing Directors over the phone.
