Job Title: Ticket Sales Intern Status: Seasonal Reports To: Director, Ticket Sales Department: Ticket Sales Effective Date: February 2026 - September 2026 About the Wind Surge: The Wichita Wind Surge, a Double-A affiliate of the Minnesota Twins, bring the thrill of the Texas League to Riverfront Stadium in Wichita, Kansas. Overview: The Ticket Sales Intern will support the Wind Surge Ticket Sales team throughout the season. Responsibilities:Assist in promoting and selling individual game tickets, season tickets, and group packagesSupport the sales team in managing customer relationships and tracking sales leadsHelp with outreach to potential clients, including schools, businesses, and local organizationsAssist in creating and distributing ticket sales materials and promotional contentParticipate in the coordination of ticket giveaways and promotions on game daysGain exposure to CRM tools and sales tracking systemsAssist with reporting on ticket sales performance and market trendsOther duties as assigned Minimum Qualifications:Current student or recent graduate a plusKnowledge of baseball a plusStrong time management, communication, and organization skillsAbility to supply excellent customer service to all clients and fansProficient in Microsoft OfficeDetail oriented and comfortable with salesFamiliarity with a ticketing system preferredProblem solving and conflict management skillsPositive attitude This is a paid internship.
