What we offerAt Delaware North, we care about our team members' personal and professional journeys. about youBachelor’s degree required in Business, Economics, Information Systems, Computer Science, or related analytical field; Master’s degree or MBA strongly preferred8 – 10+ years of progressive experience in data analytics, business intelligence, data strategy, or related functions, with at least 3–4 years in a people management role overseeing multiple teams or verticalsExperience in the sports, entertainment, or live events industry strongly preferredStrong understanding of both the BI/analytics and data engineering/architecture disciplines, with the ability to provide technical guidance and quality oversight across bothExperience with CRM platforms (Salesforce ecosystem strongly preferred), marketing automation tools, ticketing systems (e. skills; comfort presenting to senior leadership and C-suite stakeholdersHighly organized, resourceful, and disciplined, with strong emotional intelligence and the ability to operate effectively in a fast-paced, high-visibility environmentComfort managing sensitive and confidential business information with discretionWillingness to work periodic evenings and weekends tied to home games and major events, and support infrequent domestic travelWho we areDelaware North purchased the historic Boston Garden in 1975 and later constructed its successor, TD Garden, and neighboring The Hub on Causeway, both of which we continue to own and operate.
