Responsibilities:Distributes work to technicians based on skill level and mountain needs. Monitors job statuses during repairs and updates leadership with missed deadlines. Assist in the administration of the department through daily recordkeeping and documentation of work related functions. Department payroll timekeeping, work order time and materials entry, maintenance activity document creation/coordination and tracking, work order system development and reporting. Administer department training. Perform and document required periodic testing of fuel system/waste system and complete all mandatory record keeping and submit all mandatory reporting. Administer department financial activity recording and reporting in accordance with accounting/finance policy & procedure, departmental budgetary guidance and management directive. Including internal and external invoicing.
