As a Teacher, you will plan, deliver, and manage high-quality learning programmes tailored to individual students, both online and in person. You’ll create engaging and inclusive lessons, track progress, and provide meaningful feedback to ensure each learner achieves positive outcomes. You will produce and maintain Schemes of Work and ensure your teaching meets both academic and pastoral needs, supporting the personal development of every student. In this role, you will also take responsibility for classroom behaviour and contribute to the wider school community by working collaboratively with colleagues, support staff, parents, and external agencies. You’ll act as a role model, championing Catch22’s values of compassion, collaboration, and empowerment while creating a positive and nurturing learning environment.
