Baseball Coach & Instructor Responsibilities:Training, coaching and inspiring our players in every interaction on-and off-the-fieldCommunicating with our players and families during and between seasons to continue to help in each player’s developmentLearning our methods, models and technology for teaching and training ballplayers and continuing to develop and update your coaching and instruction skillsMaintaining baseball training equipment and a safe environment for our staff and our players and their familiesBaseball Coach & Instructor QualificationsA strong understanding and passion for the game of baseballA genuine passion for and experience in instruction, training, and developmentAn exceptional ability to communicate positively with young athletesPositive energy, intellectual curiosity, an open mind, and a high level of self motivationAn understanding that long term success is built through hard work and a focus on great processYou can learn more about us at www.
